At the end of the 2007 season, Alysia Johnson seemed to be in perfect position to do big things in the 800 meters after winning at NCAA's and USATF's. Johnson's 2008 season came to a halt with a broken foot, and her return in 2009 left her struggling to run consistently.
Johnson is back in Berkeley with her college coach, Tony Sandoval, after a year at the Olympic Training Center near San Diego. In this interview she talks about last season and her plans for a successful 2010.
We thank Alysia for wearing her "Sunday's best" for this interview!
