Tim had a decorated collegiate career at Iona, placing in the NCAA Championships both his junior (second) and senior (fifth) years in the 800m. A year after graduation, he took fifth at the British Olympic Trials and National Championships 800m. Tim has since been training for the mile, and recently placed 12th at the 2009 Continental Airlines 5th Avenue Mile with a 3:58.3—his first sub-four minute mile.
