Coming off a fantastic 2007 where Alysia Johnson broke 2 minutes, won the NCAA 800 title and took the US title in the same event to qualify for the World Champs, Johnson struggled with injury, rehab, and getting back to top form. 2010, however, she came back with a vengeance! She started it off by grabbing the Bronze Medal at the World Indoor Championships in her signature event. Outdoors she kept rolling, winning the US 800m title, running the World's fastest 800 for 2010 with a 1:57.34, and taking home victories in numerous European meets, including a dominating performance at the Diamond League Meeting in Monaco. With such a strong bounce back year in 2010, we can only wait and see what happens in 2011!
