Part 2 of 3: Nutrition and Fueling for a Marathon or Half Marathon

Ever wonder what the pros eat the night before a big race? The morning of? What about after a hard workout or in the months leading up to an event? World-class marathoners Magda Lewy Boulet and Peter Gilmore will guide us through the basics of proper nutrition for any point in a runner's season: before, during, and after training and racing. Come learn about what to eat and drink to help you to perform your best when it counts. 

Attendees will have the chance to ask the speakers questions; enter a raffle to win prizes from GU Energy LabsSports Basement, and Saucony; and everyone will leave with a free gift from one of our sponsors!
