Part Two: Nutrition and Fueling for a Marathon or Half Marathon

Magda Lewy-Boulet and Peter Gilmore guided us through the basics of proper nutrition for any point in a runner's season: before, during, and after training and racing. Attendees learned about what to eat and drink to help them perform their best when it counts.

Part Three: Ruthless Positivity: Race Day Mental Strategies for the Marathon

Magda Lewy-Boulet and Peter Gilmore lead us through a series of race day mental strategies to put us in a mindset to run at our potential. Attendees learned how to race with, as Peter calls it, "ruthless positivity".
